R&M transportation

Yeah, I am with SNI now but just a company driver. I was going to Lease with them but was having issues with the recruiter for the Lease program....lol SNI said I could move to L/P in december but they dont want me moving from southern cali.... Im trying to move out of Cali and that was a main reason I wanted to move to L/P...

I will be going with R&M, one of the RR sister companies and doing their L/P. Was able to find another driver on here that has ran lease for over a year and says he likes the company and says they are good guys. Only thing is R&M has dispatch but it is No Forced Dispatch and you can pretty much tell them where you want to go.

 

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

R&M was bought by Road Runner and I'm not sure if Road Runner is aware of the rinky dink ######## that goes on at R&M!!! For example: back in October R&M mysteriously forgot to take my truck note out of my check for two weeks in a row and it took them until Thanksgiving to realize this and took two additional truck note payments out my thanksgiving check leaving me with nothing!!! For the short period of time I worked for them it seemed like I would get 1 good check ($1800-2200) and then wouldn't get paid any more that month and the cycle just repeats itself. I sat at Tyson Chicken for 11 hours waiting on a trailer to be loaded!!!!!

 

I agree! Stay away from this company, we almost lost everything working here!! You do good at first then everything starts dropping! No miles, no loads, sit times are longer, delivery times further out than needed, no detention pay, no layover pay, etc!

 

Yeah I figured that out after running 2 months for them... The admins of the forum unpublished a post I made about what they did to me but only because I asked as I was speaking with an attorney... Shoot, they can publish it now though.....

 

Run like hell from R&M Transportation! Definitely do not lease a truck from unless you want to lose everything! They will run you broke and not lose a wink of sleep over it. We talked, #####ed and complained, gave them chance after chance to get the miles and paychecks better only to wind up with consistently negative paychecks. R&M was great until Roadrunner took over and then everything went to hell!

 

Agreed 100% this company will run you broke with a quickness!

 

This driver is not wrong at all! We went through the exact same BS! STAY AWAY FROM R&M TRANSPORTATION

 

We would like to file a class action lawsuit against them. Would you be interested in helping?

 

Please let me know if anyone is interested in filing a class action lawsuit against R&M Transportation! The have cheated a lot of drivers our of their pay!
