yeah thanks. i simply cannot see how i could post a link/document containing the points from CSA and someone else says it is not valid..>????
i had actually received a letter from my company the other day, explaining how they will have to fire any of us that get CSA points, in excess of 50. they included in the letter, a copy of a JJ Keller page explaining the "severity points for un-safe driving" and the radar detector points were in that page, so i came back here to post a VALID link.
as you say it don't matter where the information comes from, it's VALID INFORMATION i provided.
thanks, for backing me up.

Because going to the actual source will get you correct information. Those others sites and companies while almost accurate on this count are not always so. And all these companies saying there are external (outside of interventions) points for drivers are frauds. All those supposed points garner you what? Bupkiss. A fantasy made up by leaches on the industry and impressionable companies believing firing you improves their score.
Oh companies can fire you for violating Federal Regulations, or company policy. They have always had this right.
PM sorry it is accept. Mind was working faster than fingers

For the nomind that replied to my last post. Well if your speed limiter is set at 65 and we meet up in Texas or many other interstates where the speed limit is higher than 65, you are impeding traffic and that is another ticket. I can tell you would not do well driving for me, your attitude is the reason why would you want to enrage another driver ? You are what I call an accident waiting to happen.
-
What is the minimum speed in that scenario?

Minimum speed is not even in the equation for a impeding traffic violation all you have to be is impeding the movement of other vehicals who are in the course of their action within the stated law or speed limit.

Anyone have an Escort 8500 X50 and get nailed by a RDD (Radar Detector Detector)? Supposedly the SPECTRE can detect it, but not VG2.
-
I do, and I got questioned about it last year at the alabama scale house, they came out while I was sitting on the scale and asked if I had one and that was it, kinda weird. Other than that, that's the only time I've been questioned about it in the year or so I've had it..VisionLogistics Thanks this.

Was it plugged in? On the dash? Did you just say "Huh? What? No, I don't have one."? I'm just curious if their RDD was getting a faint hit on it, or if they may have seen it from the coop. Supposedly the Escort Redline model is 100% stealth even from Spectre. Problem with that, is it's $500.

Some companies like CWTL will terminate you on the spot if caught with a bird dog or if they find it. Of course it isn't needed so much in a 63mph truck. I don't run one and never have in a truck. I haven't ran one in my car for years.
