    Not to mention, you'll save a lot of money in fuel. The difference in speed is negligible on most trips. You might save 5-10 minutes. I drive at 65 for fuel reasons. Lots of drivers I work with blow by me at 70-80, but I always catch them at the gate. I average well over 7 MPG. Over the course of the year, I'll save about $2000 just in fuel costs.

    If you pay for your fuel it makes sence to go the speed limit
    to save it. I don't. I like to go the speed of traffic or a little faster.
    When I go slower it seems like the four wheelers like to bunch up around
    me. I try to find a place on the road where I have some room...

    Times 4 that figure. The difference of 6 mpg in the course of a yr driving 120,000 miles versus 7 mpg is $8026.

    im looking for a good radar detector for around $100 or less what do you suggest i get? i dont know what to look for like the number of bands it has or if it has 360 radar things like that theres so many options and prices that vary all i want is a good radar detector for an affordable price

    Why do you need a radar detector? Slow down and you won't need one they are a false sense of security anyway.
    Why would you come on a trucking sight and ask they are very much a no-no in a commercial vehicle.

    there has been alot of recent police activity in my small town and they have been cracking down and not giving the 5mph over some will give tickets for 3mph over and i want to be secure cause i dont have the money to get a ticket and have my insurance raised
