I was looking at this one here in Phx, but thought is was overpriced.
$74,000 354K miles 2013 ISX w/13spd -

So if the radiator was to blame , why did the replacement of it not cure the problem?

OK. Every truck has issues.
I have had a 387 for alot of years.
2008-2013 is the proto-type years. The beginning of the DPF filters. You can thank the CARB idiots of California.
@Bakerman your ISX you need to check the egr cooler. That motor has an issue with them.

You can search the site. Lots of issues will pop up.
Watch for wire harness issues. Make sure everything works. Dome lights, even cigarette plugs. Look for leaks in the glass on side. Check air bags on back side of cab. Find out when clutch was done. Take it for a spin. Listen for noises clicks and thumps.
Just a few little things. To check before $74k walked out my hands.Bakerman Thanks this. -
