2006 pete 379, General Lee radio, Wilson 2000 antenna's. When I key up to talk and I have my stereo on I get major feedback through the stereo speakers. Whats up?

I have a 9900 international with the same problem, I switched to the hustler antenna and it fixed the problem. The CB guy said something about the wilsons using a floating ground on their antennas
