I honestly wonder why he gets so set in his odd ways...
Service what you sell no matter who ya are,as long as the customer pays..
This selling new only kinda puts the screws to all his customer..Im guessing he might fix your stuff if your his buddy but if not i suppose you go elsewhere and ruin his work or buy a new radio...Shame..

Maybe so but how can he make enough selling new radios only..If he is doin so then he essentially telling customer buy new and f off..After you pay for the radio i dont care..
If thats the case no matter how good the work is people will stop buying at some point..
Maybe he is makeing one last huge push to make his retirement fund and close shop..who knows..
A 400-1000 or more radio aint disposable like a worn out bic lighter..
Like i said earlier,tried to reach out a cpl time but got nothin....So when the radio buggers up ill be forced to go elsewhere and likely loose performance.. -
Maybe he doesn't need to put up with the BS anymore. He has his niche and it works.
He already blew you off for some reason. No doubtt he isn't going to do business with you anymore.
Right or wrong, it's his show now. -

He blew me off and didnt even tell me..Didnt tell me that he doesnt wanna do business cause he thinks i didnt listen..Well so far my results have gotten better but if i dont have a freakin clue what he is telling me(talks over my head with #### i have no understanding of)then has the nerve to splatter box about me to other customer(s)then make it look like its my fault that i dont have 25 yrs of electronics history...
He coulda said so and between us worked it out..
He has all day to sit down and tinker,read and test..I dont..So i cant cram 25 yrs of know how in my head in a few yrs....I dont own my own trk so i have limitations...He seemingly didnt understand i guess..
He was always nice to me and would even call then suddenly nothin..
All his rite to do but my point was that if he makes a one time sale and doesnt repair or update those customers then thats his way of saying F U..Now thats only "IF" thats what he is now doing..
I would do business with him in a heart beat cause he does top notch work but if there issues with me,deal with me and not talk smack to others re me..
I would recommend him still but be prepared to what may happen if you dont adhere to his rules exactly... -
