    Ok, SanDisk SDHC 16GB card, says 'hd video' on the package.

    Same message! If I close the Dock, and re-open, would that help? I don't want to lose the update 'cause dock kept crashing...

    I backed out one screen, re-tried, it's going! Thanks! Now I can explain this to some other truckers!

    Look on the card... on the class (number) does it have a "C", a "U", or "C" with "U"?

    if they have the "U" they will not work. This type of card writes the data differently and the x10 and the x20 models cannot read it.
