    Mark, in one of your prior posts, you stated that the events were posted correctly, but that can’t be because there are now Hours of Service violations showing on the Compliance tab and that is definitely incorrect! I am on hold again with RM for now over 35 minutes right now. My Case # is 1075052. It is acting up bad in the truck, kicking on and off every 15 minutes or so from on duty not driving to driving then to off duty and then it just kicks off. How do we get a full refund for the whole system? The owner is frustrated and I am a novice and need something that will work correctly after being installed. Thank you.....

    I did not say the Compliance Tab. The events show correctly.

    I understand your frustration, but lets try to keep to the basic facts so I can help. The case # is good, the owner frustrated - I cannot do anything about that in a thread.

    As I keep mentioning... a version is in test right now and it looks to have corrected the issue of the drive line. I cannot say when it will be released till Rand pushes it to the public.

    The bad part is I have heard the next update will fix that since October 5th 2017. I have done an 8 day exemption now I am on a FMCSA 30 day exemption letter. I sent a unit in for warranty and have never heard back bought a new one and it doesn't work right ether!
    The only real cure for this has come from this site instead of the support line.

    I cannot post updates and help drivers if all we post are comments and not pertaining to the thread

    The one I sent in was I think on ticket 1053071. They told me upon it hitting ups they would send a replacement unit out within 3 days. I finally bought a replacement since DOD wanted me to have one.
