Rand McNally ELD 50 questions

do NOT tap on it... does it say "Check for Updates" or "System Updater"?

and the serial number on the back.. is it a 80 or 80B?

 

On back of tablet tnd 80B. Only place it says update is when I swipe down from top. And no I’m afraid to update lest everything crashes again.

 

Main screen, upper right, 9 dots, RM launcher, does it say check for updates or system updater About half way on left

I work support on tablets so we will get it working 100%

 

FYI - if a single owner/driver operation - you must have two log in's - Driver and Admin.

Under the Admin log in you would create/add yourself as the driver. Then assign the "driver" the information you will need to log in as a driver.

Admin is what you will build the Fleet Information on.

No. Each driver should have one account that allows him or her to log in and perform driver-related functions. All other administrative functions should be based on the discretion of each company or its provider. This means a driver who is also the owner of the company would have a single account authorizing entries as a driver, and a separate account for administrative functions. Accounts can be created on the ELD or the ELD support system.

My eld50 will not stay paired after I park up over nite.

 

Are we also talking about this via E-Mail?

E-Mail will show to me faster.... I don't always get an update from the thread to my E-Mail unless I do refreshing..
