I would like a second mount and car charger for another vehicle. I did not find it on the RM web site. Is that available or did I just miss it?

Hello
I have the RM TND500, actually a second one. first one about a week, always received updates, sometimes four a day. Second one the same thing for a couple of days, have not received any kind of updates since 11/05/09. Have tried contacting RM but keep getting a gobetween and no responces. Support is not very good for this devise, weekdays only. My TND Dock version is 1.0.46.0 The TND GPS Devise version is 2009.9.1392.2101
Thanks for any help and or info to get me help with this could be good devise. dan -
What do I do if it's frozen in indapolis or up north

There's a good idea about the duty change.
Changing the angle of the screen would help with some of the direct glare but it's still illuminating to much of the cab and reflecting off the windows at night. So I cover it up and that is a pain as well.
My TND was messing up when I pulled into the pilot at exit 39 on I40 in NM going east. I drove in no probs then when I pulled out it said there was no route available. I had it recalculate and it routed me again until I tried to turn left onto the entrance ramp for I40 and it went back to no truck route available. -
I just keep sending as many of the issues I find to CC, and wait to see if they are later fixed.
The stalling out is a pain though.
Oh, I had another I forgot to send though.
I was in Boston at the beginning of last week.
I had to make my first stop there off of I-93.
I came in on I-90 and needed to go north on 93. This would be going thru the Tunnel on 93 under the city, to get to my exit.
The GPS would not route me that way, so I just went by my map saying it was ok.
The GPS went NUTS when I went North on 93.
IT said I was too tall for the route, though the signs on the route all say the limit is 13'9
Made it no problem, but had to reset unit to get to my delivery location, after it could not find a legal route.
I am not sure if 93 was lower going south or not. I really do not know the area well, I just went by my map and the signs. -

Ok,, back again...no thanks to the big Holloween trucks... one blink of the flasher does not mean to move over... arggg.... they owe me a front end alignment at the least...
but on to better things... Sorry about the freezing, either you can reboot or let it go about 3 miles.. it should refresh. I just ran 1100 miles the last 19 hours... oops no logbook... new version looks good...
The night brightness, I have a beta software that I just got and need to test.. so if looks okay should be in next version...
justnicem - you can reach me at rmleadbetatester at gmail dot com... I am on E-mail 7 days a week..
ChromeDome - Send to RM.. sounds like the map data is wrong, even though the sign says 13'9"..
TND Dock,, either you can uninstall it from remove programs or find your program folder under your C:\... find Rand McNally and delete it. then run install on TND Dock and select repair. then once done do the updates again...
Good info all, forwarded all to RM..
and yes demo's working in NC, SC (not I 95 or I 26), VA (not one), MD (I 95 and I81 done),
Thanks,
markjustnicem Thanks this.
