Unfortunately there's probably nothing you can for it, you'll have to send it in for repair. Do you still have a warranty on your device?

Don't know if you're still having this issue since your post was from weeks ago.. But just curious, by 'Portal' do you mean Driver Connect, or something else?

Dock software won't launch. Again. No errors. Tried launching as administrator, still nothing. Won't launch either with or without device connected to USB. Device is recognized by the system and shows up in the drive list when connected.
Windows 10, TND720 fully charged.

Sorry, but have you tried restarting your computer? I've had this problem on occasion and rebooting has helped.
Also, does the 720 itself show the docking image when it's plugged in? -
Yes, rebooted the computer, and yes, the 720 shows connected.
When things are working as they should, I'm able to launch the dock software even without the device connected. -
Okay, this could be caused by a variety of issues. For starters, your antivirus could be blocking the program from opening. Have you been able to open the software until recently?
Could also be that something is wrong with the program files and you may have to uninstall and reinstall the dock -
