Rand McNally Support Thread. (Part 3)

By the way I have done several Factory Data Reset since to no avail

 

Factory reset will only take the Navi App, R M Services, RM launcher, and Toll back to OS Flash versions. Does not really affect much else.

Do you have a laptop available?

I will have to push to you the O S Flash and files again. About 6gb.

If you have a laptop then I can remote into it to push the files to you.

After 8pm est is okay

I35 E (both directions) exit 467 - 448 - Texas north of Dallas maps are in serious need of update. The GPS thinks you are on the frontage road and constantly tries to reroute because the widening project is complete. Makes it almost impossible to follow the GPS.

Charlotte NC I485 exit 30 to exit 23b (between I85 and I77) is missing from GPS maps.

When heading to a warehouse in the Centerpoint Intermodal park or a address that is on Centerpoint way the GPS will attempt to route you down SR53 (South Chicago St) and then have you turn into West Millsdale, West Sharp or West Noel all of which are banned to trucks and closely watched by local police.

 

Mark - Here is a good one. Both units did the same thing.
As I come up to the intersection, the voice was saying LEFT, the little Box showed LEFT
But as you can see the MAP showed RIGHT and RIGHT was the only way you could go.
This isn't the First time i have caught the voice saying the opposite of what the map shows, i just thought i was hearing things till this one.

 

Humm,,, Have you done the latest update that came out a few weeks ago? I know I85-I77 is on the latest maps.. I happen to live in this area.
