on the OD7, has anyone else noticed it using a lot of power,? IE dying?
Mine has been using it faster than charging. I have noticed that it seems the GPS is what is using most of the power. anyone else?

Mark, find a major error in mapping, and this is a perfect example of what everyone was talking about with HERE not getting it together and being so far behind.
this has been an illegal route for over 15 years the place told me, and yet this is how RM sent me.
    Coming From: Pendleton IN
go to Address: 319 Glenn st. Crawfordsville IN 47933
It took me West on W Market St (rt 136) which is fine BUT
Then i think it said slight left onto w Market or left onto N Barr, cant remember which one -
Then Right on to Vine st
Right onto Wabash and Left onto Glenn
Problem is - Both W Market and N Barr at the junction, are both NO TRUCKS and have been for at least 15 years. So why is n't the maps updated by now?????
you would think my $500 GPS would have correct routes after 15 years?
The legal route is W Market - Rt 136 and make a Left onto Rt 212 - Right onto Wabash - Left onto Glenn

But can you explain why HERE doesn't have this updated? and so many others like this one? we depend on correct info. We pay a lot for these GPS, and I don't think its asking much to have the right info. Shouldn't RM be going back and complaining to HERE about the lack of correct info?

    Mark Kling Thanks this.

I will look on the new maps. But if local government puts these restrictions in place and state does not know then HERE will not know. Input from drivers helps find these overlooked restrictions.

    Thanks mark

They are in queue to be released. Don't have a set date yet.

    Thanks,

For those aren't aware, it looks like the truck navigation app got an update on the 740. 140mb in size.

Restriction was in place for Barr, but was missing for Market. Rand will have it in the next incremental update.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Interesting post... Roundabouts are becoming more popular the past few years along with cross over intersections. If the Roundabout is not defined as a Roundabout in the Map data, then other factors in the way the code is build has to determine how TT (turn by turn) will be handled. This Roundabout is not defined as such in HERE. Rand is looking how to address this type of "Roundabout" that is not defined in the map data as a "Roundabout".

    Thanks,
    Mark

Have you gotten the Map update that came out about 3 weeks ago?
