    No it pairs fine. It doesn't know where it is or if the truck is moving. At before the update I unplugged the ELD50 and it rebuilt my day correctly instead of showing me on duty half the day. When they put 4.6 on it it works for a short period of time and goes into a buffering mode with two little circles. Support told me the they would have the update to fix that a week ago. But it shows that it is up to date.
