I just love it when all 6 of my presets are on commercial breaks. Or when I plug my scanner into the charger and every station changes to fuzz.

    road_runner and Mike2633 Thank this.

I’ll have Mark Levin’s podcasts to keep me company today.

My barn cut 9 of the 16 linehaul runs last night. I passed my hooks to a junior driver. As soon as they confirmed I was good for the night off, I poured a drink.

Like clockwork, 20 minutes later they sent a text asking if I could come back in and I responded with a picture of the jack and ginger.

    I’m running today too.

It’s always interesting to look at a linehaul manifest and see one of my pickups on it.

I’ll do ya one better. When you pickup at a customer at your terminal. Then the next day get sent to another terminal to help out, only to deliver that piece of freight you picked up the day before.

Mike2633, Bob Dobalina and MACK E-6 Thank this.

The good thing is you can get Sirius to drop down the prices so much when you hesitate on reactivating. I just reactivated my car with the steaming package for $60 including fees for 6 months. Plus got a free echo dot. I’m sure I could activate a radio I have from my OTR days on the low plan for $60 for a year. Makes me consider it.

They’ll give you the standard plan for 6 months for $30 no problem. You just have to go through the hassle every 6 months of calling and telling them you want to cancel and listen to their sales pitch until they offer the same deal.

    Cardfan89 and Mike2633 Thank this.

    Uh oh....:biggrin_25524:

I hope babysitting the telephone isn’t part of your job description. :biggrin_25523:

Does it consume data to stream the radio station? I know absolutely nothing about all that.

I’m glad my truck gets good AM reception.

    Mike2633 Thanks this.
