I've got two stuck ratchet binders on one end and can't get them loose. I used WD-40 to try to unseize the ends, then Marvel Mystery Oil and Penetrating Oil and finally found my super hero oil - Pro Chem 4 in 1. But the nozzle was broken. Managed to get a few drops out here and there by puncturing the valve stem after breaking the nozzle off. I've let it sit for a while and tried several times to turn each of them using my winch bar and they are really stuck. Haven't used them for quite some time. They're the yellow Quick binders with the folding handles. Not too impressed with them (made in communist China, of course). I'll let them sit overnight and try it again but will probably have to heat them up. That 4 in 1 oil is very good stuff and usually works but these are really seized up.

Have you tried soaking them in a bucket of diesel? Totally submerged and soaked for a day or longer.

Mix a quart of acetone with a quart of atf & pour it on them, let it soak in for a day or so & see if that doesn't free them up.

Could have torched them earlier. Now they're too gunked up with flammables.

Take a wire brush to the threads, especially near the female thread opening, then re-apply penetrant, and give them a good drop onto asphalt from about 10 feet up. If you can break one side loose, pull it all the way out and dump some penetrant down the now open female threads to hit the stuck male threads from behind.

If all else fails, get a 4' piece of black iron pipe, stick it through the link, grab the other hook on a stake pocket, and give it hell.
