No just tried that I was pulling so hard the e track was bending...i think it just got too much strap in the circular part than it could handle which was fine going in with the ratchet but now having to do it against the grain is a losing battle.

or if theres a forklift around, get him to hook it to his fork and hook it to your trailer and get him to pull against it easy. it wouldnt take much to break it lose. Just dont let him pull too hard. If that dont break it loose, its history.

I have not encountered a strap I can't force free from the ratchet. Put your weight behind it.
