UGH I cant even make enough to make my rent. example I have been from houstonTX to mckenzieND, deer parkTX to beatriceNE , missori TX to ok city OK , tulsa OK to abrdeen ND in a week and my pay for all of this a little over $900. Now subtract food (truck stop food) and tolls.

They made you get a LLC? Dude I don't know what you can do legally but I would disappear from that place. Even if you are young with little experience you can and will do much much better.....make the leap...

The biggest risk is in sure you are not named on their workers comp. you get hurt you got a problem! I have never need it in 40 years, but if you do it will cost ya! I don't know haw many miles that is or how long it took but if your not getting at least .60 cents for all miles you can't make 1099 work in my opinion. Good luck!

Heck, he's probably not even named on their truck insurance! Run away and find a real job. Then call the IRS on the scum.
