Rate Confirmation - non owner/operator

    I run a business that is very similar in nature. If your getting 25% and you don't have to pay for insurance, repairs, taxes, fuel and so on, your doing ok.
    Your not going to get 50% of the business profits, and pay 0% for the operations of running the business.

    25% is ok if the rate is good and he is actually getting %25 of the full rate. Not after tolls and fuel are removed and the rate was only $1.10 a mile all in to begin with. %25 is a little thin for someone who doesn't have any workers comp or uninployment insurance. Let alone Heath coverage or vacation or holiday pay. Just my opinion though and everybody has one right?
