There are a lot of flaws here, let's break it all down.
We don't need a UI, what if anything is we need those things I mentioned in my post. The brokers are the problem in the link of the chain, with no regulation changes that are made, any system is seriously flawed and does us no good.
Here is another flaw, many of us negotiate for our needs, as a dispatcher (I know the game well), you have no vested interest to get the best rate for the owner or be able to ask the questions to clarify the load's needs for the driver, it shows in your first post.
Why do I need an intervention with a contract by a third party? I mean arbitration is either written into the contract for the benefit of the entities that touch that contract outside the owner or that there is a force arbitration with the bond holder of the broker.
Having three time stamps means nothing in court, and that's where it matters most.
Actually there is, the dispatching service you are trying to sell us, that's a middle man. You are brokering loads to trucks through a closed market of trucks in your pool.

Can you also elaborate a bit more on the HOS while driving on ELD? Is the 11 or 14 hours rule still a thing? And what is in your opinion is most effective driving rule?
Thank you! -
OK you don't know?
The present HOS with the ELD (and technically without) has no real latitude for the driver.
What is the most effective?
The 1962 version of the HOS, unchanged. It was the most effective version.
OK got a question for you and I want you to explain to me what a BlockChain is and what version are you planning on using.Oldironfan and driverdriver Thank this. -
This response is very telling in that it shows you actually don't have a clue.
I could be wrong , lol.
And here I was thinking someone was umm.... Nevermind. Cya -
When they called hashing hashtag I figured they weren't knowledgeable on any part. Reads like how an Eastern European speaks.driverdriver Thanks this.
-
Actualy no not really European. I ran into these type of people all the time when I worked in the computer industry.
It's basically a kid (young adult, whatever) that sees some new technology and thinks it will solve whatever issues his job is having. What they fail to realize is the problem is not technology, or lack of. Heck we have the technology now to prove rates are unmodified from start to finish.
What we do have also is humans in the equation. See, the problem is humans, as a whole, will never allow 100% transparency. It would mean there is no way to compete on pricing.speedyk and Oldironfan Thank this. -
#### ELD and modern trucks.
-
Dispatchers? I don't want no stinkin' dispatchers.
Transparency, solved. -
With this type of, really, a decentralized database and an application that can connect to the overall network structure, the information can be made relatively easy to enter, and use for both sides of the transaction.
This could lead to getting rid of brokers. Just would not have a need for them. All documentation is held in the database, so contracts would be available in a matter of moments. This could also take care of making the payments. Low cost, fast and easy. One reason most companies use brokers is to cut down the number of vendors it must carry. -
Naw, the problem is brokers are still needed to be a responsible party in the logistics chain. Having an unqualified third party acting as a conduit for loads opens us up for more abuse in the long run and payments can be held for hidden reasons.
