I have the contract and few confirmations with higher rates than what they gave me. , I was hoping a court can order them to release invoices for all my loads

They should. It's called discovery. Courts don't like fishing expeditions, but if you already have proof, they tend to help you get more proof. In your case I would definitely hire a lawyer though. The cost of a lawyer will be more than offset by knowing how the courts work and getting to court to work for you.To my mind, that's worth every penny you would pay a lawyer.

Called few lawyers today, most of them ask about how big is the company being sued , number of employees, trucks, dot number
Few of them are interested to do the case with conditions that I gather some other OOPs , and provide court fees plus 40% of what ever they can collect which I estimate to be close to half million for 10 trucks over three years period

So you have to do the legwork to get other lease operators of this company to join in with you then the lawyer will take a 40% cut of whatever they can collect, if they win?

Sounds like a lose/lose situation either way.
