RATE CONFIRMATIONS

It's pretty unusual to receive a rate confirmation that's signed by the broker. Usually they generate them and email. Most of the time my wife replies to their email and off we go.

 

I've never had one signed when I got it. As long as the rate is on there and it is correct I move with it. I factor sometimes and they didn't require it either just my sig.

 

just make sure you get one, if not no tonu for you. seems like they want to hold sending them lately, probably leaving the load on the board longer, probably wanting someone to undercut you

 

It varies, usually the broker does not sign and requests a signed copy to be sent to them. That being said make sure you know your costs well, I have been making more money than last year.

I've been getting this a lot lately. It is to the point now that I no longer consider my truck "covered" if I haven't got a rate confirmation within 5 minutes.

 

If I dont get it within 15 minutes, I call them and they usually send it right away. If I dont call, it takes forever. I think brokers get scared that I will drop out (which I would) and send it
