Use Hedera Hashgraph distributed ledger. It's associated with the cryptocurrency Hbar. It enables users to securely put verifiable information on it that can be accessed by others. A tiny example:



Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) also is being setup so you can do your project on their blockchain, I just don't know all the particulars of how to do it.
