Rates are crashing and fuel to the moon!

Oh yeah. Got $19.5k after the payoff.....payed off my wife's car, and bought a used Explorer with 70k on the clock for $6,800.
I'm all out of car payments and earlier this year payed off my house.
My all in bills are roughly $450 a month depending on the utility bill.
I hit a good one for the second time in my life. First time was when I met my wife.

Met my wife by accident in 1987, drunk driving in Florida is what led me to her. 3 kids and 9 grandchildren later......

 

Schools are back. Maybe that is why you saw an uptick with loads last week.

 

I am not hauling to Michigan as well.

 

I'm not into stocks but this caught my attention, almost seems like hog wash, what do you guys think?

That is my only concern with these rentals.

 

By law they are allowed except in bathroom and bedroom BUT they are supposed to notify you when you book room ..
