I use a site but I don't use it for my trucking company. I use it for the brokerage side. I don't think the info is the same for trucking and brokers. But my dat system gives me that.

Thanks ... I went ahead and signed up for truckloadrate.com. Looks like it will serve my purpose.

no, getloaded was not worth it (IMO). So I never suggested it to Bill or Lauren to use it.

Just curious, what load boards DO y'all use over there? And do you get your own username?

I've tried ITS(truckstop.com), getloaded.com, and OOIDA's Member's Edge, along with a few others that weren't worth mentioning. All the major brokers will have their loads posted on all three. In my observation, Member's Edge always had the highest load volumes. I performed the same search on each several times and Member's Edge always produced more results. I do however, like the overall layout of ITS a little better.

getloaded is #3 in my book, it would be rare to find a load posted on it that wasn't on ITS or Member's Edge.

In addition, several brokers have their own load boards. Landstar, Mercer, Buchanan, Meadowlark, Packard, Daily, JB Hunt, TQL, and Bennett to name a few. These boards are free and some of them have loads posted you don't see on the pay load boards.

You can also subscribe for emails of available loads from many brokers.

To the OP, there is nothing wrong with setting up an account and using your bosses MC# if you are authorized to do so. How many times do you think it is actually the principal calling on loads ? almost never unless it is an owner/op. You would be no different than an employee calling them from the office, why do you think this would be a problem ?
