Tech people call that PEBKAC when they log a support call, Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair. There are others, that's the nice one.

 

When I fueled at pilot I always rated it when they sent me an email.
What’s a few minutes to express my opinion and make a dollar in points?

Every time I go into a PFJ theres 10000000000 truck drivers parked every which way they can and a brand new Werner driver trying to back between 2 trucks blind sided... so I usually just leave and go somewhere else...
