This is an awesome thread, I stumbled onto Dave the juicer on youtube and have been wondering how the heck you do it in your truck. I mean first, I need to know how "much" of whatever you need to eat a day? How do you store veg/fruit in a truck? We have a fridge but its small. Juicers are expensive but do they take that much juice (as in watts) to operate? We have a 1500 watt inverter. Can get some fruit and vegies from wal-mart but, not every day. Definetly interested in this; Wife and I are a team operation and working out is like almost impossiable. I lost 35lbs while in Iraq in 05 but I worked out twice a day and drank 5 to 6 protein shakes a day. I can do the shakes but no way I have time to work out twice a day, let alone find the place to do it. I can make time to do some excersize at least 30mins a day some how...

a couple with long term juicing for weight loss. It's a life style and would be difficult on the truck!
Also expensive and time consuming.
HOWEVER, yummy really healthy drinks can be made on the truck relatively easily.
We have a 2000 watt inverter on truck that I use and have recipes, tips and advice if interested.
Im not a nutritionist, daughter is a Chiropractor, reg. nutritionist and holistic healer.
So if I can help translate some of this to our "on the go" lifestyle let me know!
