Please, share with me WHERE/HOW are you supposed to call this consignee? Verbal comment from broker is the appointment is being set for 7AM. no, I never asked him for a copy of his email to confirm that.

Both the shipper AND the consignee have been delivered/picked up from by either myself OR one of our other drivers. Both are known for being reputable company to deal with. Never had issues in the past with this broker either so never questioned THEIR credibility either.


And just so you are aware, Spencer cold storage comes up as NOTHING when you attempt to do a google search for them anywhere. It's actually a part of Land O' Lakes operation.

so your crying over ONE mess up...might be time for a new occupation. I'm a owner/op so I don't move my truck until all documents are in order and I have phone #'s...didn't know you where a company driver this thread is about broker/carrier relations so your dispatcher should have solved that for you... looks like you found there # you can call next time... peace
