    Well,
I am new to trucking. Graduate from the school on Friday, 9 Aug. Looking forward to my first trucking job with May Trucking. Specially since I am in the Pensacola area, hope to get home once a month or so.
I am eager for school to be over, and even more eager to hit the road solo. I know I will have to train with someone from May, but the day I go solo, it will be a relief. I am an older guy, and been a heavy equipment operator most of my life. This I believe will help my with some of the aspects of driving, and docking into places, I hope.
Anyhow, I am eager to get on down the road, and take the wife with me as she is able.
And thoughts on any of this, or my first choice of May Trucking to go to work for, would be appreciated.
    Stay safe all.

    Chinatown Thanks this.

Don't know anything about May except it's a reefer company.
SVTN hires new grads also, they have a terminal in Saraland; probably make lots more money there. A recent post on here, a new driver was hired at a Texas terminal.
Anyway, best wishes on your new career!
