If I remember correct, you can only set up direct deposit from a kiosk at the terminal.

 

I had to set up my direct deposit up at a
Terminal

 

And need a deposit slip to your bank account.
The routing # is different than on a check.
Ask me how I know.... lol.

You don't need a deposit slip or a blank check any more, just bank name, account # and routing #. And set it up from the kiosk

 

you only need to blank check for L/O. For some reason they can not transfer it from company to L/O
