I been ready to buy and searching for a truck for the past 6 months. I've been primarily looking at arrow, mhc and rush. Mainly because they offer different warranty options. I want either a kw t660 or a 579 pete with a manual transmission. 10 or 13 speed. Do you guys think I'm selling myself effort by just looking at those three dealerships? And how good are the warranty that these big dealerships offer?

13 speed. There’s no comparison between a 10 and a 13. If you’re buying, buy a 13.
Planning to run all 48 or pull near 80k often? Get an engine with at least 500hp and 3.36:1-3.55:1 gears. -

T660? Did you mean 680? The 660 has been out of production since Dec. of ‘16. Since you didn’t ask about engines, you have that decision made? As far as your dealer selection goes, you’ve selected the largest Pete dealer and one of the largest KW dealers in the country. Arrow is owned by Volvo Group. That being said, those 3 should have the largest selection to pic from, but the opinions on their shops run from dismal to outstanding (which is going to happen anywhere I think). Good luck with whatever you get.

Single bore or baffles?
I don't know how trannys can handle less then fully loaded single bores. That's a lot of beating.
