    Hello all,
    My name is Mike and I have been lurking here for some time. Getting ready to start school on the 9th. of November here in the Old Dominion. I've been away from the industry since '92, not as driver,but mechanic. So since I'm unemployed and the economy sucks I figured it's time to plunge in before I'm to old, besides the kids are grown and out and the wife supports this adventure. So I'm ready, we'll see how it goes.

    Goodmorning, boy you are gonea have fun in the trucker world, best for students anyboby starting out , save your money and throw that cb out the window, invest in a good lap top with pc miler and on board log program, youll go far with that investment, save your money at home , becuse the first to two months you will go hungry,building up paycheck, try not too bankrup yerself by getting advances , becuse soon enuff you have spent this check , but next check plus 23 bucks in da hole, plus adavance they take taxes out to on top your check taxs, so go with direct depoist and just your card , with lap top and a wire card you can check your balance anywere,stay outa truckstop for the first two months only too shower, you see lots neet new toys , you just gotta have, not, well i could go on but i wonnt bore you, Everett:biggrin_2551:
