Which companies combined to make 1845 Oilfield Services?

Only name I recall is Rowdy Farms. That was the one that I heard good things about. I don't recall the others but it used to be on the 1845 website 4 years ago.

F that! I thought I am being exploited but this...I have no words.
I delivered once to an oil field (I think it was Eagle something). The boss there was a fat older woman. She was very rude and was talking to her Mexican workers as if they were dirt!
Oh hey! I drove through Jefferson last night.

Well your Avatar sure wants me to hire you. Not. I am adding a second truck very soon. I would pay better than the fields etc and not you don't have to be out 3 weeks at a time. PM me if you want more info.

@Western flyer knows the game. It ain’t for everybody, that’s for sure. But you won’t know if it suits you if you never give it a shot. I’ve been in the frac sand rat race since 2012, and I love it. But I don’t like hangin around truck stops and piddling around either. I’m here to make money. If I ain’t making money, I’ll go to the house.

Also, let me just say that, as with any work, the company you get with is a large contributor to how well you can do and how you get treated. I’d never work for a company that treated me like dirt like some do. There are still a few good ones, but yes, you’ll be expected to earn your keep.

I went out and bought my own truck in 2015, but I liked the company I was driving for so much that I leased right back on to them. Couldn’t be happier.

I’m not recruiting. I’m just sayin. Just find a good company and you’ll have a much better experience out here than most.

Nice truck by the way. I'd like to have my own one day. I've talked to my fair share of companies out there but they usually all sound about the same. I've been attempting to weed through the less than desirable companies.

I've been in Midland for a year. I've hauled water and was on kill truck. I've been looking at hauling sand. Everyone out here talks like it's the best thing ever. It's hard to weed through all of the job postings and know if it's a good outfit.

You got that right bud. I've talked to several from larger fleets, to smaller O/O companies and I just haven't found one yet that's really coming off "genuine" in terms of what is ACTUALLY possible in terms of income each week. It reminds me of when I was coming out of CDL school and I was looking at megas, and they all conveyed the same song and dance, none of which was really looking very lucrative. I ultimately lucked out and skipped the whole OTR side of things, but the patch seems just as hit or miss when looking at sand haulers.
