CDL school now is $11,000.00 ???
I went through CDL school well over 25 years ago. It was ok not great got the job done. From everything I’ve learned over the decades it’s best to go to a company school. Keep your chin up you will make it. Maybe it will take you a couple try’s so what ?!! Keep trying you will do it never give up.

I remember doing my road test and the lady observing me told me to turn right, it was into a neighborhood with no truck signs. I kept going straight and she said end of test you pass.

Recent CDL A Graduates have a home a Leonard’s Express!
Leonard’s offers a tuition reimbursement program up to 10K!

I would be interested to see the strings attached to that offer! "UP TO" are always the keywords that get my radar up. Like the car lot that advertises "UP TO $15,000 FOR YOUR TRADE IN" Or Trucking Companies that advertise " Earn UP TO $90,000 per year."

With trucking companies, it means, in this case, Leonard's will pay off cdl school tuition from $10K and below. It's paid in monthly installments. Monthly installments means a driver can't be hired and have the tuition paid in full right then because many shady drivers would quit on the spot. That's why it's paid in monthly installments.

Spent about $6k Cdn over a decade ago and it was pre-trip the truck and then all the rest was seat time. Little bit of backing then wheel around the tight streets of downtown.

Usually 12 - 18 mos. Depends on company policy.
Some pay about $200 a month, then if the driver is still there at 12 mos. the balance is paid in a lump sum. Don't remember the company, but the ad says they'll pay cdl school tuition up to $15K.

The school I went to was two weeks; 10 days with weekend off.
    Cost $750.00
VA wouldn't pay for it because it was too short.
The school got the job done, so that was all I cared about.
