You are so full of it, NOT TRUE NOT TRUE. I stated I never remove my blue tooth and I use it all the time in the yard and have NEVER even been talked to. Where do you get the camera statement? The first thing I grab is my QC as I approach a terminal gate and I remove my seat belt. They can clearly see I am typing on my QC and no seat belt and again never mentioned in over 4 years.

I misunderstood you. Sorry. I have never had a problem. My friend has been brought in twice in a year because he was followed. And he was in a wreck (not his fault). They pulled his phone record and he was on the phone at the time of the wreck. He went in for his yearly review and the did not terminate his lease. I think it has a lot to do with how you talk them when you go in.

For some reason I don't think this would be a voluntary deal; court ordered, no choice but to produce.

I don't understand what you mean, it does not matter if I LET them do it, if there is an accident, I mean a serious one there w ill be a court order for them, to look into texting and such, they can get copies of that from the plaintiff w ith a simple motion of discovery. I would not just hand over snything if that's what you are saying.

If phones was so dangerous to use why driving...why do they have a driving mode?

its harmless to talk and drive...now texting and driving isn't cool...

I'm in Fontana right now and they have a sign on the door that says Vests must be worn all the time in the yard. When I was hired in August I was told I had to wear it at Customers and OC's. I wear mine all the time because it keeps my shirts clean. In salt Lake City I see guys come in all the time with their headsets on and nobody says anything to them. I have one and I use it only for when my DBL calls. He has a special ring tone. It goes off and if I have a place to pull over then I put the head set on and start talking as I pull over. mY phone only rings 3 times. If I can't pull over then I have to find a spot later and call him back and hope I get through. I personally hate them. It makes it easier to take notes or be comfortable for long conversations, but I can't drive and talk with one at the same time. I have never been tat uncomfortable before and I won't do it again.

I do agree with the huge amount of Micro-management. I have been here almost 6 months and I am still getting used to it. I have driven with a dash cam/Driver cam setup before. Theirs was set up so the camera actuated upon a critical event, excessive roll, hard vibrations, hard stops, ect and it recorded 30 seconds before and 90 seconds after, both Driver and dashcam. It was irritating, but I won't lie, it made me a better driver and I guess thats a slam on myself. I didn't Goof around much in the cab and I never touched my phone. We were allowed to talk on them though.
