Yeah. I quit them in February because I was starting to notice that stuff. Really the temp sensor was the final nail in the coffin, but they also discontinued the free boots yearly bonus (now there's a co-pay), and for some reason decided to sell half the real estate in their Fontana, CA yard, so now it's about impossible to find a parking spot there.
Aggressive cost cutting is the last dying gasp of a failing company that still wants to look viable on the outside. I'm not mad at them for it. I just think they're going to go out of business soon.
Their quality of service is going to start dropping off until nobody wants to do business with them, and they'll just keep cutting costs to stay afloat, which will ruin their quality further, which will require them to cut costs more, which creates a spiral, like the swirling water in a toilet bowl when you flush.
Really Schneider...Cheap move.
