Depends on the wife and kids.. If I would have married my last gf I would most likely ended up paying someone to let me drive their truck in NYC...lol

To all that posted on this thread. I really appreciate it. I really have a ton to think about. Just want to make a good informed choice. I hate change keeps me stuck in jobs to long without growth.

Dayton freight is .616 linehsul/24.75 hourly when wheels not turning
P&d is 24.75 all the time. OT after 40. Very rewarding company to work for. 70,000-105,000/year is not uncommon. -

Only problem with that is it's almost always night work. Only the senior guys have the day runs. And how many of those is dependent on the company's freight lanes and how much freight moves within that lane.
For example, from FL and the Atlanta metro area are 2-day service points for us, and are very busy lanes. So the terminals between here and there, such as in Richmond, have a lot of day runs, but not so much out of here.
