Thanks for the additional info, man. There's many of us here who really care, and will help. I'm just not sure why they wouldn't put you back in with a trainer for a lil' bit, but matters not. Follow the advice from @Chinatown TO A T..... trust us... stop back, and let us know any more info and/or replies~!

Best to you, man. For real.

I'm curious did you roll into car in front of you due failure to hold a auto transmission at stop? Or was it an almost successful HARD BRAKING instead?

Hauling gravel for a tandem dump company is definately not for the faint hearted. By number of axles they are one of the heavest trucks on the road and thus hardest to stop. With almost 50,000lbs on tandems plus 15,000+ on steers I use the Jake 24/7 and a steering blowout can be a nightmare . . . lol you 'super truckers' have no idea!

Try putting 20tons in yer sleeper (no trailer) and see how that goes!!

No, that's exactly what the cops told me when I made the call that if there wasn't need to tow any vehicle and nobody was injured they had nothing to do there. I still insisted to file the police report and a patrol came to us.

Thank you so much for the advise I'll totally look into those jobs right now
And yes I went to RoadMaster in Bethlehem PA, it happened on my 7th day of training and my trainer was sleeping back in the bed.

Well, you learned a valuable lesson about snitching on yourself. If you hadn't insisted on a police report, you'd be free and clear and still working.
Did you apply with those companies I listed? Don't call before getting those applications submitted.

    Badmon and Victor79 Thank this.

Yeah I realized I insisted too much.
I am sending applications as we speak. Yeah I'll wait a few days to give them a call. I really appreciate your help!

Next time something like that happens, take pictures and write a statement that you are agreed to pay out of your pocket without the insurance involved. Dont call the cops, exchange info with them. It might hurt to pay out of the pocket but its better to keep your job and your record clean.
