As of 2007 (sorry it's the latest I have) a rear end collision was considered to an instant $1 million check. Regardless of the actual damages.

Most insurance companies felt safe with that number, as a starting point for settlement. If offered a lower number, they would immediately settle.

This isn't good, no matter how you look at it.

 

At least you couldn't rear end Sleepy then.... since you were beyond sleepy. and we know he wasn't bashful, after all, it has been established that he was grumpy....
