If this accident happened in the U.S. you shouldn't discuss details here. Any first week lawyer could use this thread as evidence. Regardless of your intentions, a lawyer only has to add his interpretation to a jury. Something like this.
Lawyer: In short, the menacing driver of the 75,000 pound behemoth is still badgering the physically challenged on the internet. Crushing special needs vehicles is not enough. As you and your family are on our nations public hightways, never forget, he's still driving out there . . .somewhere. You could be next.
And a jury would say:
$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Not that I'm a lawyer, I'm just saying I wouldn't discuss the first hand account of an accident on an internet chat board. Good luckPappyGT13 Thanks this. -
Thanks for the advice Broke and Hungry but it's too late now. Time to find a lawyer. Someone recommended the law firm of Georgia and the Seven Associates but I'm not too sure about them. They don't seem too experienced.

Try Dewey,Cheatum, and Howe heard good things about them. Philadelphia lawyers I think. -
A slick road with all that weight, you as the "Professional Driver" should have known you have to slow down and be prepared for anything, even if you had to stop the rig and start over, hell with traffic behind you, your running safe no accidents but mope you hit him. be thankful you did not push him into the pedestrian, then you'd have worse trouble.........dont even want to wish you good luck cause if it weren't for bad luck right now you'd have no kinda luck at all, sorry other drivers will agree on that one MIKEE
