We brought watermelons from FL to Albany, NY. The load has been rejected by a receiver due to bad quality of the product. Broker wanted to redirect the load to Long Island, NY but we declined it requesting to be unloaded or redirected to other place. Broker called saying that we don't have other choice but go back to FL with no pay. What could be scenario?

Another reason for not doing produce or any exempt commodity. They sit to long and you just bought a ld of melons

Everything was ok with reefer temp. Driver has bad memories about Long Island and refused to go there.

"Driver has bad memories". Gee that's too bad. Kick his butt to the curb and nail it for NY
