Recent accident and applying for a new job?

    Maybe not; the trucking company owner probably paid for the tow, out-of-pocket, so it wouldn't show to his insurance company.
    Probably a cheap tow vs his insurance skyrocketing.

    There are 844,371 trucking businesses in the USA. If he gets caught somewhere along the line, there's plenty of other that will hire him.

    I've been telling them about the accident on the application because I thought it would be on my record by now but it still haven't showed up which is why I was seeking advice if I should even mention it

    I remember a female driver on here that was popped for a drug test. Somehow, no record of it, anywhere.
    Several companies offered a job and each time she started sobbing and saying her conscience is bothering her and she just can't live with herself and ratted herself out. She had to find something not related to trucking or transportation.
