So I graduated from Smith & Solomon Commercial Driver Training with my CDL class A (no restrictions but also no endorsements yet) on 05/21/2024 and i’ve been looking for companies that are willing to train and hire me. I’ve heard the good, bad, and the ugly with companies like swift, werner, US Xpress, etc. I’m mainly looking for a dedicated Regional position. I know my options are limited due to no experience but just been trying to not put myself in a bad position by rushing into the wrong company. Any advice on how to get started would be greatly appreciated.
