    My name is Russell I live in Washington (Seattle,Tacoma area) and I really need a job! I have tried all the big companies but have been turned down because I have a felony. (15 yrs. old) I know there is a good employer out there that well look past the bad mistake I made. I guarantee you wont be sorry if you hire me. I have a Class A with/ T, N endorsements I passed the TSA background check and can add the hazmat end. to my license if needed. My school was PTDI certified, 6 months (not 3 or 4 weeks) of training. Well drive solo, teams or ??? anything I just want to WORK. I can relocate if need to, home time is not important more miles are.     russell, welcome to the forum, This is an awesome place to find good info. How old are you? You say the felony is 15 years old? If that is the case start hitting some of the smaller companies on here, just go to the Report a Good Company thread here and you should find plenty, DO NOT go to those sites where they say they will send you app. to 100 companies, I have been told that they may do that but that the companies that receive it will put you on a "black list" From my understanding the companies that have those sites have no one permission to do what they are doing, In other words they are hoping they can get you to sign up for a membership after you have supposedly received a few responses to your app.. Don't fall for it. If there is anything we can do just let us know. TD.
