Recent grad need advice on finding work

I am a recent grad from school and need advice on finding work. I am on Felony probation and my question is, are there any companies that will hire me while on probation? I made some mistakes but have turned my life around just can not seem to be having any luck… Thanks in advance any info would be greatly appreciated!

• Where are you located (a zip code would be just fine); we can't recommend carriers if we don't know your area of concern
• What type of offense is your felony?
• Can you leave your state of residence with your probation (or not)?
• What CDL endorsements (if any) do you now have? More endorsements = mo' opportunities + mo' money

With your criminal record, most companies won't hire you. The market is flooded with drivers that have an excellent, clean background and their applications go to the top of the pile.
