Western Express no longer has cdl school training.
Try the WIOA Program in your state. CDL school is free; no cost to you.

With your age, lack of experience AND a 15 over ticket your choices are going to be slim. Also, if you find a carrier to bring you on they will not be a good place to work. They know you can't leave and will treat you like dirt.

If you're serious about working as a commercial driver then I suggest finding a local job or waiting until that ticket falls off your record and don't add any more tickets during that time.

You're walking the lonely with that 15 over speeding ticket. It don't hurt to apply and see. While you're doing that, pay attention to speed limit signs. That's going to be paramount in trucking.

Get a forklift job -- with one of the LTL fleets (XPO, ABF Freight, R & L, etc).

Forklift experience will come in super-handy later, in the LTL world.

While that nasty speeding ticket is working its way off your MVR -- look in "dock to driver" opportunities.

Most LTL fleets won't want you (as a driver) until you're a bit older, anyway.
