reception power?

    Apparently the terrestrial noise that is generated is much lower than my receiver sensitivity so mentioning terrestrial noise is completely pointless because I don't even hear it.

    With my squelch all the way down and my RF gain all the way to the right all I hear is complete silence unless someone is transmitting.

    Unless of course I happen to be driving under neath Some high power transmission lines in which case I do hear static occasionally

    Just to clarify, I was responding to Ridgeline's "-125 is pointless" comment. One of these days I'm going to get around to getting my radio to Mark.
