If you have an inverter you can use an electric grill.
I recently picked one up at Walmart for $10 that works great. It is like a small George Foreman grill.

 

And for a cooler I use the Coleman 12V. It seems to be the best of the lot, all things considered.

 

I got my Coleman 12v at loves, cost 116 after tax, I had over 10000 points. Only cost me 16 out of pocket

 

I'm sure it depends on/varies by company, but what is "standard equipment", if any, in most company-owned trucks?

I just close the drivers window with a bottle of coke wedged at the top of the window. 70 mph at 20 degrees gets it cold fast.

Only problem is I often forget its there and I roll down the window and the bottle falls out.
