2020 Cascadia. It’s got the OE unit and I want to upgrade. I don’t need it to do laundry or fill out my taxes. Just the basic capabilities. Any ideas are appreciated.

I put a kenwood in place of my smartnav unit in a peterbuilt. That thing would "warn" me of every curve in the road.
Are you looking for double din or single din head units?

Crutchfield.com would give you a pick of almost everything out there and alot of premium stuff too.
I wouldn't worry too much as long as it had the features you wanted. Bluetooth is kinda mandatory.
I've stuck with pioneer and Sony. Prefer pioneer between the 2.
Preouts to add a sub and aux inputs for whatever else you want to add is pretty standard. Along with 45watts x 4 for the speaker channels is good
