I've used both. Yes, a 3/4" Greenlee punch does a beautiful job. The problem is that you need to remove enough headliner to get your hand to where you're putting the hole, so you can thread the punch onto the draw stud.
The Antenex hole saw is specifically made for installing NMO mounts, and it's a heck of a lot easier to fish the coax through the headliner.
Bottom line: They both work just fine.

I guess I don't know ....
-
The greenlee I got cost me $60 the Antenex saw was $45. Both do work, both do a good job but ... for me it is easier just to have someone else do it and pay the $20 they ask for.

I think he is using this radio in his truck so the Wilson 5000 cant be beat. Save your money and just have a cb shop that uses an MFJ antenna analyzer check to make sure you have a very good ground and swr.

Driving a SUV and have the Wilson 5000 but willing to switch over to something else if it Really makes sense. Thanks for the continued input from everybody!!!

Clarification: Yes to the SUV & Yes to the Wilson... Magnet Mount.
-
If I already owned the Wilson 5000, I would lose the magnet and hard mount it right square in the middle of that big ol' SUV roof. I doubt any antenna will perform better short of 102" whip......at least not significantly better to justify the additional cost of a new antenna.
